Who do you want to be?
Here at Role OT we believe that with the right supports (people, equipment, technology and environment), people with disabilities can thrive. They can face challenges, achieve goals, and be incredible humans. They can define their own role in life and be who they want to be.
Our special interest areas and services include:
Babies, children and young people with physical disabilities
Assessment for and selection of all types of specialised equipment for children and young people
NDIS report writing to help participants access essential supports and equipment
Parent coaching for daily routine goals like sleep, eating and toileting
In OT speak, identities are known as roles. People with disabilities have many roles - some more important to them than others. We help each individual to fulfil their valued roles in life, from player and learner to artist and adventurer.
Hence the name - Role OT
In addition to the services we provide here at Role OT, there are plenty of online resources available to support people with disabilities to be who they want to be.
